Delivery Information
We aim to despatch all orders received before 1.00pm the same day, but
depending on our working capacity some packages are despatched 24hours after
receiving your order. If you are in a hurry need something urgently, please
contact us by phone only to ensure we can meet your demands.
Depending on the size, weight and location, we use Royal Mail & FedEx to
deliver your items.
All Royal Mail consignments are sent via 1st Class post and the expected
delivery is advised between 2-5 working days.
FedEx consignments are sent on a 48-hour service.
Tracking Details will be emailed to you or if you have submitted a Mobile
Number, we will text your Tracking Number to your phone.

SURCHARGE HAS NOT BEEN ADDED, YOUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL, OR YOUR
POSTCODE DOES NOT FALL INTO A SURCHARGED AREA.
European Consignments are not currently accepted through our
website. These will be available shortly and prices will be calculated at
checkout dependant on your Country.
In the meantime, please contact us for a quote if you wish to order
from an EU country and we will endeavour to deal with these on an ‘as and when’
needed service until International Shipping is fully operational.
